Booking, cancellation and payment

Our company has been registered as a tour operator in Consunier office of Finland. Register number is: kuvi 3114/00/Mj.

Finnish Foreign Ministry collects information of travelling in other countries. Information is in internet in the address:  www.formin.fi. (in English as wel)l.

Booking and payment  terms

After booking a tour,  we will send a booking fee, 50 e/person in 3 weeks. If the total price is less than 100 e/person, booking fee will be 30 e/person.

If there are flights included to the tour, booking fee will be 100 - 200 e/person.

In the case of cancellation the booking fee is not refundable. It will be reduced from the final invoice.

The rest of the invoice will be send 1,5 month before the tour.

Cancellation terms

If the tour will be cancelled before 45 days of the departure, the booking fee will be charged.

If the tour will be cancelled after 45 days and before 30 days of the departure, 50 % of the whole sum will be charged.

If the tour will be cancelled after  30 days of the departure, the whole sum will be charged.
