Cancellation terms

After you have booked a tour, we send you by post or email a letter with confirmation of the booking, an itinerary and booking fee, which is between 30 - 400 e depending of the tour. 

The final payment will be sent about one month before the tour including the last information of the tour and destinations.   

If the cancellation will be done earlier than 45 days before the tour, we will return the payment except handling fee 30e€.

If the cancellation will be done after 45 days before and 30 days earlier the tour, we will charge the booking fee.

If the cancellation will be done after 30 days before and 15 days earlier the tour, we will charge 50 % of the price.

If the cancellation will be done after 15 days and just before the tour, 100 % of the payment will be kept in our account.
